Part time Leasing Agent

About the role

Point Real Estate Management is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our growing team! This part-time position will support an apartment community in Kenosha, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships with visitors, prospects, and residents. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing our communities, assisting with the leasing process, and helping ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and occupancy. Schedule

This position is expected to work between 20-25 hours per week, with flexible afternoon and evening availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents
• Invite prospects to tour
• Record traffic and leasing activity
• Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view
• Maintain monthly market survey and knowledge of competition
• Maintain hospitality center for prospective residents
• Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork
• Walk through units to ensure they are ready
• Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums
• Promote other income items
• Prepare renewal paperwork
• Accept rental payments
• Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales
• Knowledge of professional business discipline
• High School diploma or GED
