Job Summary
Right At School seeks a Part-Time After-School Site Leader to manage local school district before and after school extended day programs. The program focuses on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment to support student success.

Responsibilities
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities
- Document attendance, incidents, and other observations
- Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
- Communicate effectively with varied audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children
- Lead fun fitness activities and guide children at play
- Meet regularly with the Area Manager for professional progress and team accountability
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma/GED
- One year of supervisor/management experience
- 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed program

- Must provide proof of qualifications via transcripts and/or verifiable reference letters
