Part Time After School Site Program Manager -Lamar area schools

Job Summary

Right At School is seeking a part-time After-School Site Program Manager to lead dynamic daily enrichment activities and support schools and families. Programs start in August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Organize program materials and document attendance, incidents, and observations
• Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
• Communicate effectively with varied audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
• Maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
• Meet regularly with the Area Manager for professional progress and team accountability

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma/GED
• One year of supervisor/management experience
• 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management
• At least 1 year of experience in a licensed program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience working with children 5-13 years of age in a formal group childcare setting
• 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
