Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist ($20–$21/hr, Flexible Hours) Do you like solving problems, following through and getting paid what’s owed? Shamrock Roofing & Construction is hiring a part-time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for our Kansas City headquarters. You’ll make sure our completed roofing projects get paid by working with insurance companies, homeowners and our Project Managers. What You’ll Do Follow up with insurance companies on pending payments for completed projectsAct as the go-between for Project Managers, insurance companies and homeownersSet up payment plans with homeowners when neededFind hard-to-reach debtors and start the recovery processKeep clear, accurate records of all communications and transactionsHelp with related back-office work such as invoicing and permits/licensingTake on other duties as assigned What We Offer $20–$21 per hourPart-time, in-office schedule: Monday–Friday, 25–30 hours a week, with flexible hoursPaid holidaysA supportive, family-owned team that’s still growing Our Hiring Process (quick and simple) Phone interview with our Recruiting TeamShort one-way video interviewIn-person interview with the Hiring Manager All new hires complete a 90-day probationary period.
