Parking Valet Captain

About the Role

Propark Mobility is hiring a Parking Valet Captain for full-time positions in Guilford, CT. This role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and providing excellent customer service in an active, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and resolve guest issues professionally.
• Stand, walk, and remain active for most of the day; assist with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
• Energetic, outgoing, and physically able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Pay

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour plus cash tips.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Morning shifts available: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Paid holidays and wellness days as mandated by city or state.
