Approximately 25 hours per week. Must be able to work nights and weekends. The schedule is impacted by special events in Coralville's Iowa River Landing including but not limited to the Xtream Arena and the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Conference Center.
About the role
The Parking Monitor is responsible for customer service duties including collecting parking fees from customers either in person or via video and intercom stations. Assists the general public providing information regarding parking services, policies, and regulations. Performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks including processing and maintaining parking permits.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One year of office or customer service experience preferred
- Valid State of Iowa Driver’s License
- Must pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Must live within 23 air miles of the City limits after hire
Pay
$20.89 per hour
