Parking Lot Monitor

About the role

Seeking full and part-time parking lot monitors in State College. Great starting pay and flexible schedule. $750 Sign-On Bonus will be paid only after 6 months of employment and pending satisfactory performance. Pay is hourly plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Go to privately owned parking lots in State College and issue parking tickets for parking violations on vehicles.
• Dispatch vehicles to tow that have violated the parking policies for certain parking lots.

Requirements

• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and random drug screenings.
