About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Lead Security Officer. The ideal candidate should possess strong observation skills and be ready to monitor security systems, document events, and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Have a driver’s license 21 and over
• Have strong report writing skills
• Have good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Have strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
• Have completed additional 32hr BSIS security trainings

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Set Schedule: 16 hours per week Saturday & Sunday 2:00PM - 10:30PM
