About the role
The role involves managing visitor safety, conducting environmental assessments, and participating in community outreach programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage visitor safety protocols and emergency response plans
- Conduct regular environmental assessments to ensure compliance with park regulations
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote park activities and services
- Collaborate with other park staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Assist in maintaining park facilities and grounds
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Park Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in park management or environmental conservation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of park management practices and policies
- Experience with public speaking and group facilitation
- Basic first aid and CPR certification

$50,000 annually
Schedule
