The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
- Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
- Conduct research on social, economic, and sectoral employment and hiring trends.
- Facilitate payroll and tax services for Customers.
- Respond to legal requests and prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with web-based applications and software development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

$75,000 - $90,000 annually.
