That's a lot. We'll put each as
  • . Next section: Qualifications (minimum qualifications). We'll include the NY HELPS details and the two options. We need to preserve all substantive info: The NY HELPS program details, definitions of park, etc. Also the Transfer Opportunity etc. Might be part of Qualifications or maybe a separate section "Requirements". But we can put under Qualifications. We need to avoid repeating boilerplate like "Examples of non-qualifying experience include but are not limited to:" but that's substantive; we keep. We'll produce

    Qualifications

    and then maybe a

    for the introductory sentences, then

for the two options? Actually the qualifications are either/or. We'll present as
      • Option 1: ...
      • Option 2: ...
. Then after that we can include definitions etc as

. We also need to include Transfer Opportunity etc. Could be under Qualifications as additional notes. Next: Benefits section: we have generous benefits package details. We'll put

      Benefits

      and then
      • ... each benefit.
. Pay section: we have hiring rate and job rate numbers. Also mention Downstate Adjustment. We'll put

      Pay

      and

with the numbers. Schedule section: variable schedule includes weekends, holidays, evening shifts. Also mention must possess valid driver's license. That's maybe under Operating Needs. We'll put schedule info: Must be available to work a variable schedule that includes weekends, holidays and/or evening shifts. Also must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. We'll include that. We also have certifications required: Drone Operator CPR/AED/First Aid CPR/AED/First aid Instructor Trainer for Annual PESH Facility Safet Trainings CPSI (Certified Playground Safety Inspector). Could be under Skills. Let's add a Skills section:

      Skills

      • ...
. But we need to ensure we don't create thin sections; we have enough content for Skills (list of certifications). That's okay. We must not include sections like "About the role" if we have only a short sentence; but it's okay. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now we need to strip out boilerplate: The posting includes lines like "NY HELPS PROGRAM: For the duration of the NY HELPS Program, this title may be filled via a permanent non-competitive appointment..." That's substantive; we keep. Also there is a line: "While serving permanently in a NY HELPS title, employees may take part in any promotion examination for which they are qualified." Keep. Also "Employees appointed via the NY HELPS program are restricted for promotional appointment until their position is covered-in to the competitive class..." Keep. Also "The CSC has covered-in employees who were appointed via NY HELPS on a permanent or contingent permanent basis between June 26, 2024 and June 11, 2025." Keep. Also "You may wish to apply if you received a permanent NY HELPS appointment to a qualifying title within these timeframes and are interested in this opportunity." Keep. Also "Your eligibility for promotion will be reviewed by Human Resources." Keep. Also "Employees with a permanent NY HELPS appointment occurring effective June 12, 2025 or later will be addressed with a subsequent cover-in." Keep. All that is substantive. Now we need to ensure we don't include any application instructions like "
