Job Summary

Weather Shield, now part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team. Key responsibilities include ensuring all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product, using hands or machines with precision, possessing good technical knowledge and manual dexterity, reading and following instructions with precision, and producing complex outputs by assembling smaller components.

Qualifications

• Starting pay up to $23.50/hr. based on experience
• $2.50/hr. shift differential
• $1,500 SIGN ON bonus now offered

Schedule

• Typical schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 2:00 am
• Friday overtime as needed
