Ladysmith - 2nd shift Production Worker (Weather Shield)

Job Summary

Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team. The primary responsibility is to ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. Tasks include using hands or machines with precision to assemble complex outputs from smaller components. Starting pay is up to $23.50/hr. based on experience, plus a $2.50 differential for working second shift, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.
