Job Summary

Weather Shield, now part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team. Key responsibilities include ensuring parts fit correctly and being precise in using hands or machines. Good technical knowledge and manual dexterity are essential. Reading and following instructions with precision is crucial. The goal is to assemble complex outputs from smaller components. Starting pay is up to $23.50 per hour (based on experience) plus a $2.50 shift differential. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is also offered.
