Production Worker - 2nd Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the production, handling, and movement of products within the facility.
- Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned.
- Inspect products and materials to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Load and unload racks, containers, and materials.
- Move products in and out of coolers, freezers, and storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety, food quality, and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to assist in different areas as needed.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed based on production demands.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must successfully pass a background check and rapid drug screen.
