About the role
Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking a Parish & Nonprofit Account Coordinator to manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and educate Catholic institutions on financial products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support to members.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within Catholic institutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new Catholic entities.
- Educate Catholic institutions on financial products and services, tailoring recommendations to meet their specific needs.
- Participate in relevant industry events and conferences, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Chaldean (preferred).
- A college degree from a four-year educational institution.
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
