Program Details
The program is accredited by CAAHEP and tracks its outcomes annually through the CoAEMSP. The most recent success rate for the National Registry Licensure Examination was 83%, and the positive placement rate for graduates was 100%. The retention rate was also 100%. The program prepares students for certification as paramedics in accordance with Florida law.
Program Content
- Successful completion of this program equips students with the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to be a member of the emergency medical services team as a Paramedic.
- Students are qualified and prepared to pass the National Registry Licensure Examination.
- Prerequisites: Florida EMT Licensure 250 Hours of Patient Care Contact Oral Interview with Program Director.
