Paramedic

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency situations and determine appropriate actions based on protocols.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids to deliver high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones to provide reassurance and information.
• Act as team leader when necessary, managing scene and unit operations.
• Drive ambulance during emergency responses.
• Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel.
• Engage in community programs to promote positive relations and the organization's image.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• State Paramedic License and Driver’s License.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic.
• Valid driving record and ability to pass Physical Agility Test.
• Preferred healthcare work experience.
