Provides quality patient care under the direction of the Physician and in collaboration with the Registered Nurse.Participates in shared decision-making, performance improvement activities, and provides input to committees.Accepts accountability for problem-solving issues and works with leaders to resolve clinical issues.Documents interventions in a timely manner.
