Paramedic

About the role

We are hiring passionate Paramedics dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care, including both basic and advanced procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess call situations to determine appropriate action following Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids for advanced care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide reassurance and information.
• Lead scene and unit management as a Paramedic team leader when needed.
• Drive the ambulance during emergency responses.
• Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.
• Participate in community programs to promote positive community relations and the organization's image.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• State Paramedic License and Driver’s License
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic
• Driving record compliant with policies
• Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test
• Relevant healthcare experience preferred
