About the role

Ambulnz by DocGo is seeking experienced Paramedics to join our dynamic team in Delaware County, NY and additional locations. The role offers competitive pay rates ranging from $27.50 to $40.50 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow EMTs and management to ensure top-tier patient care.
• Be flexible with a 24-hour shift schedule due to the nature of emergency services.
• Stay updated with current standards of care, including equipment functions and all certifications, licenses, and registrations.
• Provide courteous, helpful, and professional service to patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
• Treat medical conditions appropriately using techniques, equipment, and knowledge of state and county protocols.
• Assume responsibility for medical care during transport to medical facilities.
• Maintain rig cleanliness by stocking the rigs and taking ownership of personal space.
• Gather and prepare patient billing information and appropriate signatures.
• Submit pre-hospital patient care reports.
• Respond promptly to assignments from the Dispatch Center.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• New York State Paramedic License
• Hudson Valley REMAC Certification within 30 days of hire
• Valid Driver's License (minimum 2 years)
• Acceptable driving record
• Valid Healthcare Provider BLS CPR Card
• Valid ACLS Certification
• Valid PALS Certification
• Able to lift, push, and pull 125 lbs. or more
• Successfully complete Physical Aptitude Test
• Tech-savvy or comfortable with technology
• Able to work on a team
• Respectful of colleagues, patients, and supervisor
