Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
• National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Indiana Department of Homeland Security Paramedic credentialed obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Certification specializing in ER Vehicle Operation preferred
• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred
• Certified Prehospital Trauma Life Spprt preferred
• Drivers License preferred
• Instructor specializing in Pediatric Adv Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
• Certified Prehospital Trauma Life Spprt preferred
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
• Work Experience: Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
