Paramedic

About the role

The Paramedic role provides both basic and advanced life support during emergency pre-hospital and interfacility transfer care to patients when indicated by the patient’s injury or illness in accordance with state and local protocols.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 911 calls, with about 80% of their calls being 911, and the other 20% being interfacility transport.
• Provide both basic and advanced life support during emergency pre-hospital and interfacility transfer care to patients when indicated by the patient’s injury or illness in accordance with state and local protocols.

Requirements

• Completion of Paramedic Course required.
• Current applicable state(s) license as a Paramedic required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Current BLS and PIFT Certification required.
• AVOC (Ambulance Vehicle Operators Course) required within six months of start date.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience preferred.

Pay

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (full-time)
