About the role
You’ll support a high-volume commercial real estate finance practice, managing sophisticated lending transactions from initial document preparation through closing and post-closing administration while collaborating closely with attorneys, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise loan documents as transaction terms evolve.
- Maintain and update lender-specific loan document templates and forms.
- Conduct litigation, bankruptcy, and UCC searches related to real estate transactions.
- Prepare and file UCC financing statements and related filings.
- Coordinate closing documentation and ensure all required documents are properly executed.
- Organize, track, and distribute fully executed closing documents to lenders following closing.
- Maintain and organize due diligence files and transaction records.
- Support attorneys and transaction teams with additional project-related responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting a high-volume transactional legal practice.
- Strong experience with real estate finance or commercial lending transactions.
- Knowledge of title and survey review processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Styles functionality.
- Experience working with PDF applications and document production tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong judgment, initiative, and follow-through in handling complex assignments.
- Experience with document management systems is preferred.
- Ability to occasionally work overtime to meet transaction deadlines.

Pay
Starting salary: $90,000 – $145,000, depending on experience.
