Paralegal

Direct hire position supporting up to 4 attorneys in a family law practice. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Compensation range: $78,000 – $83,000+/year, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, filing motions, organizing case files, and new client intake
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
• Manage client communication
• Maintain and update client files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and handling correspondence

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a family law Paralegal
• Strong understanding of family law procedures in California (Sonoma County preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
