Paralegal

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations/arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and trial exhibits
• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and document production using litigation support systems
• Cook up with clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel as directed
• Aid in deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and summaries
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience supporting the defense of complex civil litigation matters
• Strong organizational, proofreading, and document management skills
• Familiarity with California court procedures and e-filing systems
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach to work
