The Paralegal will serve as a key member of the Compliance Department, providing comprehensive support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional with previous experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.

• Support litigation and transactional matters
• Draft legal documents
• Conduct legal research
