Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys to research, prepare, and manage cases from inception through resolution
• Ensure no detail slips through the cracks and every client feels supported
• Drive litigation efficiency using streamlined templates and workflows
• Coordinate filings and maintain meticulous litigation calendars
• Provide regular communication to keep clients informed, reassured, and empowered

Requirements

• Licensed Paralegal in California
• Experience in a legal setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of legal research tools and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
