What You Will Do

• Support the Legal team across commercial, real estate, regulatory and employment matters, through document gathering, reviewing legal documents, and litigation support
• Maintain the Legal team’s case trackers and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Cookpise responses to subpoenas and grand jury requests, including document collection and production
• Draft responses to regulatory agencies regarding customer complaints (including Attorneys General) and assist with small claims matters, including attending hearings remotely
• Review and action on services of process
• Support other various legal tasks as assigned

What You Will Bring

• Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements): Four+ years of paralegal experience
  Experience supporting discovery, litigation holds and investigations
  Ability to manage competing priorities independently
• Preferred Qualifications (nice To Haves): In-house legal experience
  Exposure to multiple areas of law
