Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Compliance Committee, including taking meeting notes, preparing agendas, scheduling meetings, and following up on action items.
• Demonstrate an interest in the intersection of healthcare and technology industries, focusing on compliance, privacy laws, and regulations governing these sectors.
• Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and being willing to quickly adapt and learn new concepts.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and bringing a sense of humor to the workplace.
• Residing in either the Eastern or Central time zone and having a flexible schedule.
• Other duties as assigned, etc.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong research and writing abilities for effective legal support.
• Strong communication skills for clear and concise interactions.
• Efficiently, accurately, and promptly responding to multiple project requests.

Requirements

• Certification in Paralegal Studies.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preference for law students or those with a minor in legal studies.

Priorities

• At least 3 years of experience working in a corporate or government legal department.
• Certified Paralegal (CP).
• Professional Paralegal (PP).
