Cipriani & Werner is a multidisciplinary law firm recognized for understanding the needs and interests of our clients and delivering expected results. The Mount Laurel Office in Mt. Laurel, NJ is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Handle discovery demands and responses
• Work with medical providers to obtain medical records
• Coordinate with experts and schedule Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs)
• Manage inspections and other expert discovery

Requirements

• High school diploma required; paralegal certificate preferred
• At least 5 years of legal experience as a paralegal
• Experience with summarizing medical records is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred
• Self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management and strong organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work as a team member in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Pay

The salary range for this position is $55,000–$75,000, representing the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
