About the role
Cipriani & Werner is a multidisciplinary law firm recognized for understanding client needs and delivering expected results. The Lancaster Office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join its growing team.
Responsibilities
- Discovery demands and responses
- Work with medical providers and obtain medical records
- Work with experts and schedule IMEs
- Inspections and other expert discovery
Requirements
- At least 3 years of WC Paralegal experience required
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred
- Self‑motivated independent thinker with excellent time management, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work as a team member in a high‑volume, fast‑paced work environment

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000‑$60,000, representing C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
