Job Summary
This role is a team support specialist and workflow coordinator. This role is key part of the Forensics, Litigation and Valuation team, utilizing project management and communication skills.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Client onboarding, including conflict checks, preparation of engagement letters and set up of new clients.
- Maintains and files updated client contact information such as address changes, key contact changes across practice management and CRM systems.
- Facilitate proactive project management to enable the team to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Keep case managers and calendars up to date on new information and status changes.
- Manage intake and organization of case documents.
- Follow up on information needed from clients, in coordination with Manager.
- Celebrate and coordinate transmission of deliverables to client.
- Responsible for new client set up.
