About the role

Georgia Brown Dual Immersion School is seeking a Bilingual Paraeducator for their Transitional Kindergarten (TK) program.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the school site principal, assist in the supervision and instruction of students in Transitional Kindergarten programs at an assigned school site. The TK Paraeducator for Transitional Kindergarten classrooms includes specific instruction and support for students who are ages 3-5.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a basic skills paraeducator examination in reading, writing, and mathematics, this test is offered by the district.
• OR have 48 college semester units
• Must be Bilingual and pass the District Bilingual Exam
