About the Role

Georgia Brown Dual Immersion Program is seeking a Dual Immersion Transitional Kindergarten Teacher - (*Bilingual - Spanish/English) PCN #991 $2,500 stipend for BCLAD. $5,000 Sign on Bonus. (Teacher must possess a BCLAD upon hire) $2500 Retention Bonus paid in 2nd year Under the supervision and direction of the principal, the Classroom Teacher shall have curricular, instructional, administrative, student services and other responsibilities as assigned.

Under the supervision and direction of the principal, the Classroom Teacher shall have curricular, instructional, administrative, student services and other responsibilities as assigned. Georgia Brown Dual Immersion School's Two Way Language Immersion program is a unique opportunity that brings together Spanish and English speaking students in an effort to develop full bilingualism in both groups. Children are mixed together all day, and the primary language of instruction is Spanish.

Requirements / Qualifications

• At least 24 semester units in early childhood education, or childhood development or both OR was previously assigned to teach TK or a combination of kindergarten and TK, prior to July 1, 2015.
• Requires California Multiple Subject Credential with BCLAD
