Essential Job Functions

• Guiding students to reinforce, instruct, and develop vocational and life skills.
• Job coaching/facilitating learning in the local community.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working with secondary students (aged 18-22) with disabilities.
• Two years of college credits, or a passing score on the ParaPro.
• Ability to support the delivery of specialized instruction and behavior management with a population of young adults.
• Able to obtain and maintain an Operator's License with an Activity A Endorsement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work the school year and the summer program.

Benefits

• The program runs on a school calendar and includes a five-week, half-day summer program.

Salary range is provided upon request.

Schedule

The STRIVE Program hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
