Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to successful delivery to the customer.
- Be the liaison between Echo Electric and the customer and responsible for all internal project coordination and external communication with the customer.
- Communicate the scope of the project and outline project timelines with the customer and assembly team.
- Provide project status reports to customers.
- Work with reps and manufacturers to ensure that deliveries are maintained.
- Manage orders and change orders and communicate all project changes to the team.
- Maintain project file and ensure that all key information is maintained and accessible if needed.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions that keep projects on track and expectations aligned.
- Confirm that all invoicing and receiving are complete prior to project close out.
- Occasionally meet with customers to establish expectations, timelines, and other necessary project updates.
- Assist the assembly team on projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- 1+ years of administrative experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A teamwork attitude and willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving.
- A growth-oriented approach—someone eager to learn, meet customer needs, and contribute to team success.
- The ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on quality.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate.
- An attention to detail and skill to track progress.
- A proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and computer skills.
Qualifications

Commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday- Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
