Shop Coordinator
The Shop Coordinator will assist with basic maintenance and repairs of construction equipment, assist with inspections, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance. They will also clean, organize, and maintain shop, yard, and equipment storage areas, load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies, operate forklifts and skid loaders, track tools and equipment, prepare tools and materials for field crews, perform general labor tasks, and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
- Leather work boots (steel or composite toe protection are recommended)
- Reliable transportation to the workplace(s)/job location(s)
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Eager to learn and grow within the concrete construction industry

Work Environment/Physical Demands
This position works outside at job locations, traveling to the field to work and supervise projects daily. It demands long periods of walking, standing, and working in various weather conditions (hot, cold, and rainy days).
