Painter / Home Service Technician

What You’ll Do

• Surface preparation
• Prep & clean surfaces
• Removing old paint as needed
• Sanding, patching cracks and holes, and repairing drywall or plaster
• Protection: Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, landscaping using drop cloth, tarp and masking tape.
• Application: Apply paint, stains, varnishes, sealants to interior and exterior surfaces using sprayers, brushes and rollers.
• Select: Select appropriate primers, paints and finishes based on the surface type and the environment.
• Paint: Paint walls and ceilings, doors, trim and cabinets, exterior siding and stucco.
• Provide: Clean crisp transition line and corners
• Perform related general home repairs and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism

Who You Are

• 5+ years of Painting Interior & exterior Handyman experience
• Complete set of tools to perform task, sprayer , ladder and scaffolding as needed
• Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right
• Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Have reliable transportation
• Have valid car insurance
• Valid driver’s license

We will conduct background check
We will perform drug screen
Fresh in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
