Residential Painter / Remodel Technician

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting of walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, decks, and siding
• Proper prep work including: Patching drywall and plaster, Caulking and filling nail holes, Sanding and surface preparation, Scraping peeling paint, Priming and stain blocking, Masking and protecting customer property
• Brush, roll, and spray application as needed
• Match textures and perform drywall touch-ups
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Accurately document work and materials used
• Follow company quality standards and safety practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential painting experience
• Strong prep and finishing skills
• Experience with drywall patching and minor repairs
• Knowledge of paints, primers, caulks, and coatings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders

Preferred Experience

• Spray equipment experience
• Basic carpentry skills
• Experience with cabinet painting/refinishing
• Customer service experience
