Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead supporting Meta Search initiatives across multiple travel and hotel advertising platforms.
- Coordinate campaign launches, activations, and strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Ensure campaign quality, tracking accuracy, and operational excellence through ongoing QA and performance oversight.
- Analyze data and performance trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with third-party vendors responsible for campaign management and hold partners accountable for performance delivery.
- Support troubleshooting efforts related to tracking, feeds, connectivity, data discrepancies, and publisher integrations.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Present performance insights, recommendations, and status updates to internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with analytics, media, technology, and publisher teams to drive continuous optimization and operational improvements.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, improve workflows, streamline reporting, and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in paid media, paid search, media strategy, performance marketing, digital activation, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, agencies, or clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of digital media measurement, performance KPIs, attribution concepts, and marketing analytics.
- Proven ability to solve problems, navigate ambiguity, and manage complex projects from planning through execution.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows, automate processes, accelerate analysis, or enhance productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Meta Search platforms such as: Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago, Kayak, or Bing Travel is preferred.
- Familiarity with feed-based marketing, product feeds, inventory feeds, or data feed management.
- Experience within hospitality, travel, ecommerce, retail media, or performance marketing environments.
- Exposure to Google Ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360), Microsoft Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.

Pay
USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
