Paid Search Strategist

About the role

Tinuiti is seeking a Paid Search Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is remote-friendly and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to efficient, profitable client growth across Paid Search and Shopping.

Responsibilities

• Designs and optimizes full-funnel programs that reduce waste and scale impact.
• Leverages AI-enabled workflows and Tinuiti's Bliss Point platform to turn data into decisions that improve ROAS, revenue, and LTV.
• Builds trusted relationships with client stakeholders and integrates search and shopping into broader growth plays.
• Applies platform capabilities and AI features responsibly to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Uses Bliss Point’s cross-channel and single-channel views to inform optimization and growth hypotheses and contribute structured feedback to improve models and features.
• Translates complex datasets into clear, actionable insights; proposes statistically sound tests with defined success criteria.
• Ensures data quality (tagging, feeds, tracking) and explains data structure implications to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–7 years managing Paid Search/Shopping at scale ($200k+/mo) with end-to-end ownership.
• Platform fluency: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center; feed management; competitive tooling; campaign management; comfort with scripts/automation.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets/PPT/Google Slides skills.
• Certifications: Google Search & Shopping (or completed in the first 60 days).
• Analytics: Advanced Excel/Sheets; strong experimentation and forecasting chops; ability to quantify financial impact.
• Communication and collaboration: Senior stakeholder-ready storytelling; influence across functions; client-facing presence.
• Mentorship: Experience coaching juniors/peers (non-manager).

Pay

Hiring salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
