About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic team at Just Ingredients. With 2–3 years of hands-on paid search experience, you will be responsible for managing and growing our paid search programs across Google and Microsoft Ads.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
- Audience Targeting & Optimization: Maintain and continuously improve keyword strategies, audience targeting, product feed structures, and bidding strategies aligned with business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaigns daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue, and new customer acquisition.
- Budget Management: Manage paid search budget pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation across campaigns and channels.
- Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using Northbeam, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and platform-native tools to surface insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with creative, ecommerce, and analytics teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and evergreen growth initiatives.
- Innovation: Stay current on paid search, ecommerce, AI, and digital marketing trends, proactively identifying new opportunities to improve performance and scale growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Analytics: Experience analyzing performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and impression share.
- Tools: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Northbeam, Google Analytics, Shopify, Triple Whale, or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Background: Experience in e-commerce, DTC, CPG, health and wellness, beauty, or consumer products strongly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
