Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple brands and business units.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, audience targeting, offers, promotions, and deployment schedules.
- Support inventory, incentive, event, retention, lead generation, and customer engagement marketing campaigns.
- Recommend campaign improvements based on performance and business objectives.
Email Marketing
Own the email marketing calendar and campaign execution process.
- Build, schedule, test, deploy, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Build targeted customer audiences and segments to support campaign performance and customer engagement.
Paid Social Advertising
Create, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
- Develop audience targeting and re-targeting strategies to support lead generation and campaign performance.
- Assist with campaign budgeting and performance evaluation.
Reputation Management
Monitor and respond to online reviews across dealership and business unit platforms.
- Collaborate with department leaders regarding customer feedback and service recovery opportunities.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, email marketing, paid social advertising, or related marketing disciplines.
- Experience with email marketing, audience segmentation, and customer targeting strategies.
- Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns and campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using AI-powered platforms as part of daily marketing responsibilities.
Desired Qualities
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Uses data and performance insights to guide marketing decisions.
- Strong campaign execution and project management skills.
