Paid Intern - HQF Interior Design

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of projects specific to Headquarters Facilities.
• Work alongside teams of experienced draftsmen, planners, outside firms, and project managers.
• Earn NCIDQ hours and build career-specific skills.
• Receive reimbursement for initial NCIDQ application fees.
• Update and maintain the current artwork inventory.
• Manage the samples library.

Qualifications

• A junior, senior, graduate level student, or recent graduate in a recognized Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related program.
• Experience organizing construction documents.
• Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and supporting technologies.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to handle multiple work assignments.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).

Requirements

Candidates must be current students or graduates within the last 12 months.

Benefits

Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.

Pay

$23.50/hr. Depending on Education and Experience

Schedule

Flexible hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, 20-28 hours per week for 12 months.
