Packing Operator, Manufacturing/Award - $21.90 (Fri-Sun 6:30pm-7:00am)

What You'll Do

• Sets up workstations with required products and packaging materials.
• Rotates through tasks such as operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines, and monitoring barcoding systems.
• Oversees tray packaging machines and completes changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Performs visual inspections of conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Completes quality inspections and verifies sample compliance with specifications.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains communication with departments, management, and associates, and promptly reports any issues or concerns.
• Immediately reports any food safety or quality issues to management.
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Records production and/or quality data.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

• The hourly wage range for this position is $21.90 - $27.40.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
