(USA) Packing Operator, Manufacturing, Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm
Position Summary
Sets up workstations with required products and packaging materials. Rotates through various tasks such as operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines, monitoring barcoding systems, overseeing tray packaging machines, performing quality inspections, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality system requirements, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, communicating with departments, managing production efficiency, identifying process enhancements, recording data, and demonstrating integrity.

- Perform quality inspections
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality system requirements
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace
- Communicate with departments, management, and associates
- Report any issues or concerns affecting production efficiency
- Immediately report food safety or quality issues to management
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancement
- Record production and/or quality data
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Complete work assignments and priorities

Pay & Benefits
Competitive hourly wage range: $20.80 - $26.10. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
