Supports production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through tasks including operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines while monitoring barcoding systems, and overseeing tray packaging machines.
  • Complete changeovers safely and efficiently.
  • Visually monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
  • Perform quality inspections and verify sample compliance with specifications.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and ensure compliance with food safety and quality system requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain communication with departments, management, and associates, and promptly report any issues or concerns that could hinder production efficiency.
  • Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to management.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Record production and/or quality data.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and other business partners.
  • Embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences to create an inclusive workplace.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships, communicate effectively, and recognize others’ contributions.

Requirements

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Comply with food safety and quality system requirements.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.80 - $26.10. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
