(USA) Packing Operator, Manufacturing, SAT- MON 6:00AM-6:30PM

Position Summary

Sets up workstations with required products and packaging materials. Rotates through various tasks such as operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines, and monitoring barcoding systems. Oversees tray packaging machines and completes changeovers safely and efficiently. Performs quality inspections and ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety requirements. Maintains a clean and safe workspace, communicates effectively, and reports any issues immediately.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace
• Communicate with departments, management, and associates
• Report any issues or concerns to management immediately
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement
• Record production and/or quality data
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Complete work assignments and priorities

Pay & Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.80 - $26.10. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
