Position Summary

Sets up workstations with required products and packaging materials. Rotates through various tasks such as operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines, overseeing tray packaging machines, performing quality inspections, adhering to GMPs, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality systems, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, communicating with departments, managing production efficiency, identifying process enhancements, recording data, and demonstrating integrity.

What you'll do...

• Operate bagger and debagger stations
• Set up and operate label machines while monitoring barcoding systems
• Oversee tray packaging machines and complete changeovers safely and efficiently
• Perform quality inspections and verify sample compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures
• Communicate with departments, management, and associates, and report any issues or concerns
• Immediately report food safety or quality issues to management
• Identify and recommend ways to enhance processes
• Record production and/or quality data
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
